    what is the upgrade model for MP C2800 !

    a customre had 2 RICOH MP C2800 and everything is going well
    he needs to replace the older copier with new RICOH model such 3003 or 3502 , etc...
    which model will give him the same quality and stabilty as MP C2800 ?

    PS : he uses compatible toner not OEM

      Neither the C3003 nor the C3502 are "new" copiers. As for color quality in that speed range, go with the 02.

          i think the fuser unit in mp c3502 is weak compared to mp c2800
          what do u think !

              Not as weak as the fusing sleeve on the 03s. If you want something with an actual hot roller you have to stick to the 00s and 01s.
