    Good day or whatever time I have a problem with Ricoh mp3351 when put on it came on and display to use the following functions set key card. copier.need help to Clair it.thanks in advanced.

      Give up on the broken English. It is really broken. Type your problem in the language you are most comfortable with and then use Google translate to translate it to English.

          User tools / system settings / administrator tools / key counter management / set all to OFF.
          If it works, don't touch it.

              But key or card? I don't know Ricoh but key counter or card reader are 2 different things in my brands of expertise.
