ricoh mpc 3503 scan to email cloud server

Hi anyone setup scan to email on cloud server before. I try to setup scan to email on ricoh mpc 3503, it shows error. connection test ip number to the cloud server shows successful. I enter the cloud server name, try also ip address of the server, but unable to scan the email through. Anything wrong with the setting, or this model of copier does not support scan to email function on cloud server. Thx

What are you trying to scan to? Office 365?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Instead of send scan to smb, using scan to email to cloud server. The cloud server does not need to have a password to login.

In order to connect to the cloud server you at the minimum need to authenticate with the server using the email address and password for one of the email accounts already setup on the server. Some servers require a login name in addition to email account. Also the sender usually needs to be a domain email address.
