    Ricoh c4503 and Ricoh finisher 3210

    Can the Ricoh Finisher 3210 be used on the 3 series copiers? On my Konica machines the new finishers for the 8 series can be used on the older 4 series and the Ricoh C4504 finishers sure look like the 3140 finishers for the C4503. Just wondering if anybody has tried installing one of those 3210's on the 3 series copiers. Thanks in advance.

      Most likely not. Probably different firmware and electronics.

          PSG lists SR3130, 3140, 3150, 3160, 3170, and 3180 to be compatible with this machine.

              I never took a chance trying old sorters on newer machines.
              It is not worth killing a controller unit or others boards to find out.
              There are plenty of excess sorters out there,check with the lease resellers.
