8035/8045 pcu issues

After a complete PM on 2 separate machines, I get black line on my copies, open the PCU and the charge roller has the lines on it, I clean it, and it happens again.
ANY SUGGESTION as to why or how this is happening????

Start with removing the 2nd cleaning blade. There was a bulletin about ditching them about 2 months ago. Also make sure there is not a wear line in the drum and that you are replacing the cleaning brush for the charge roller.

the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
