ERROR CODE SC637-1 Ricoh IMC4500 Printer after Printix uninstallation

Hi am getting a SC637-1 error code on a Ricoh IMC4500 printer at one of our sites.

We are rolling out printix software on the printers, when installing on this printer it got stuck loading, on the Printix admin centre it flagged as failed, I then uninstalled the software through the Printix admin centre and the printer keeps getting the SC637-1 error. I have tried deleting and readding the printer on Printix. Now I have completely removed printix and tried to use the printer through the on site print server and I am still getting this error.

From doing a bit of research online it looks like the software might not have uninstalled properly and that's why i'm getting this message.

If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated, please let me know if any more information is required and I will respond quickly.

I have also wiped the HDD.

its a Authentication issue, If you are able to login as admin - go to Setting / Admin Tools / Enhanced Authentication= off, also User Authentication = OFF.
if you can't go into User tools /Settings - then go into SSP and turn SP 5401-160 = OFF (0)
