I just try the tools but when update finish & check again seems like nothing change.
currently try update MPC 3003ZSP
System/Copy 3.13
after succesfull update still same version.
So far i only can update xx02 & below version. xx03 above totally cant update firmware with the tools

I try to update the firmware cause need auto email meter reading,sc5866 some features was missing

According to the list of supported models for the download Gift posted, the MP C3003 is supported. Either you are doing something wrong or the machine has custom firmware.

Never heard of MP C3003ZSP. Only MP C3003SP, no Z. Are you dealing with a custom regional model? That could be the reason SC5866 is missing. What exactly is the problem you are wanting to cure with firmware?

When i try the tools for MP C3502, MP C4502 etc,it can update the firmware so that i can use for auto email meter reading,but just for MP Cxx02 range.
I did try for MP C3003 sp(G1 sop),MP 3554,MP 4054 for missing SC 5866,they can updated and 100% completed,when i check the firmware still the same.
My purpose just want to do use SC5866 feature for auto email meter reading.

Unless you have a modified machine, SP 5866 should be there. It has been there from the initial release of the model line. Or at least it is shown in the Service Manual Issued 2 months after the initial release date.

If the model has the SOP, Smart Operation Panel, there is an app that allows you to have meter reading email to you automatic. It does require the use of the Ricoh Smart Operation Panel Designer.

SOP Designer will work with MP C3003Z. You may need to manually update some firmware. You said that System was at v3.13, it needs to be at v3.14 or higher.
Other minimum firmware levels required

Network Support v12.89
NetDocBox v2.06
JAVA VM v11.24.02

Refer to the user guide for computer requirements to run the Designer.
