Ricoh MP C3501 Parts manual

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me out. I have an error code for a jam and believe it is the door switch from all the info I have found so far. It is a Ricoh MP C3501. Looking for a parts breakdown or a part # for the door switch. Error code J001 (C). Comes on at power up and I do not see a jam anywhere. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you! All I needed and more. Now I just need to find the door switch.

Have a look at jam history in SP mode that will tell you what the last jam code was, you may have a dirty or stuck sensor. Test all the door switches in SP mode the one for the bridge unit was often a problem.
