[Jamming] Aficio MP C3002 Jam codes J019 and J060

Hi.

I´ve received my first Ricoh MFP unit since last Monday and it has two main problems with paper jams.

The first code is J019, that means that the fusing unit feed not fast enough through it.

Any possible ideas to repair the unit anyway because it costs over 1k € for a new one.

Second is that the J060 appears sometimes when the paper comes out normally.

Unit was used and had appprox. 58k prints.

The jamming problem occurs when the unit is dry.
It can be repaired with a quality generic Fuser Sleep sleeve and oiling cloth.
What's more, if the sleeve is in good condition, you can replace just the cloth and oil it. Also, check the pressure roller.

J019 Is a fusing exit lead edge late jam. With a machine that old could be a failing exit sensor. They fail due to prolonged exposure to the heat from the fusing unit.
J060 Is an exit sensor trail edge jam. Again a problem with a sensor. The sensor is still activated after the paper has fully exited. Often it is the sensor binding against something.
