Ricoh c4504 Admin / Supervisor credentials not working

    Hi,

Admin / Supervisor both are not working. Someone has changed the passwords. Is there anyway to reset the passwords?

    Thanks and regards,

    3)Faire OFF/ON
    4)Refaire le paramétrage des admins.

This is information that should NEVER be shared in a public forum! (Although it's been done several times over the years ).
You should delete your post as should Jinn in his "quoted post"!

Totally Agree! But if you send someone direct message most probably you will not get any response. I want to delete the post but from where I can? I could not find the option?

            I don't blame you.
(although you could still remove the "quoted" section of your post.
It's fine to ask the question, but the person that wants to provide the info should send it to you in a PM.
That's where DANETTE is in the wrong

I don't think you can delete a thread once someone has replied to the thread. There is a time limit as to how long you have to delete an individual post on a thread. At most it is 24 hours.

                I think you're right, Tim.
I don't think I've paid much attention to that feature since the changeover in the site. I feel like there was a bit more flexibility previously.
Anyway, something for people to consider going forward.
It just continues to grind my gears when people think it's just fine to post stuff like that thinking they're being a HERO! .

His first post no less...and in French!

One thing I have noticed missing from the new site software is the Forum Rules. I think it was General Rule 5 that dealt with proprietary information.
