1-click-settings: Englsih server versus German client?

I have Microsoft Server 2019 as Print Server and the Ricoh PCL 6 German, Version 4.32, as print driver and Win 10 German computers. All the menus in the "Ricoh printer configuration" - and of course the 1-click-settings - are in German. The problem is: When I define a 1-click-setting on the server and it is selected on a PC, then I get this message. It happens also in the other way - I define a 1-click-setting on a PC, export a json-file, import it on the server and select it on the user.

Simple translation:

This [1-Click-Setting] can not be used by this model or for the current settings of options.
The following settings were not reused / reproduced:
- Bitmap
- Overlay-Data
- ..
- Watermark

The special effect is: I don't neither Bitmap nor Overlay nor Watermark ...

What's the background of this behaviour?

Hast du es schon mit dem PCL Universal Driver probiert?

Yes, it is the Universal Print Driver.
Why are you asking? In other postings Ricoh PCL 6 Universal: Export, saving and import of settings? it was advised not to use it.

I think I found the problem (but not the most effective solution):

The Server-version messes up English and German - e.g. it uses the string "Confidential" as system-setting for a (non-used!) watermark. And the PC-version uses only German strings and does not understand the settings. And because that's all "standard-system-settings" it can not be modified. Maybe I will define a setting "xyz" which can be understand ....

Not that easy - "Bitmap" needs a defined, existing Bitmap, "Overlay" needs a defined OPP-file (??).
