I haven't had anyone complain. Too dark is relative. Are they overtoned? Is there backgrounding?

Clean the ID sensors and run process control. If after printing a good color test page, problem is solved.
I have always cringed when someone complains that "it is different than our other machine" when test prints are in specs.
