I wonder if anyone else have ran into this problem?
So far i have gotten 3 machines in a 6 months-span with a suspected 4th called today and all of them have been the magenta developer that malfunctioned to the degree that the toner got packed all the way up to the hopper unit causing the screw to break as well.
So the solution so far seem to be to change the dev unit and the hopper unit but the reason why I'm creating this thread is that it happened a little bit too often, did something change to the toner of magenta causing it to block easier?
I know i had some pics of it but they seem to be lost
But you can picture it where on the dev unit you can see toner packed to the brim, also the same on the hopper.
