Good day.. has anyone come across a problem with a leaky hopper on this unit ? I have a customer with two 2 of these machine an they both are leaking magenta toner. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Never had the actual hopper leak, but if the dev unit blocks it can back up toner to the unit. There's a small chute between the hopper and dev which can also sort of 'leak', but usually from again, a faulty dev unit. I'd take the hopper out and make sure the wormscrew that runs through it is pushing toner through ok and clear the chute. They can overflow if the screw isn't turning the whole way through and they do break.
Where abouts can you see the leak from, the front or rear of the machine?
