User management on Gestetner MP C2500

Hi everybody,
I use Gestetner MP C2500 as a network printer. How can I allow only B/W printing for everybody, but for some domain users allow Full Color printing.

You can enable the user codes for color prints and only give codes to the people who you want to print. Or you could use a B/W print driver for the people who you don't want to have the color options.

There are 2 options which I know of for this:

1. Set up user codes in the driver to allow colour printing - any jobs sent without the embedded code will not be printed by the device. Instructions for setting up user codes on the machine are in the General Settings Guide and instructions for adding user codes to the driver are here:

2. Install a similar mono driver, something like an MP3500, for those users who you don't want to have colour printing. Obviously this needs to have the tray and finisher configurations to match those on the MPc2500.

I usually go for option 2, mainly because I'm lazy.
