    [Misc] MP501 / IM550 Fuser

    Hello All.
I can't find where this has been asked or answered before.....I'm wondering if the MP501/601 Fuser is interchangeable with the IM550/600 fuser?
I know the P/N's are different, but that often doesn't mean anything.
They sure look the same to me in every way.
I typically rebuild the MP501 fusers, and the rollers are the same for the IM550, although I haven't needed to rebuild one of those units yet.
I'm asking because, as it turns out, I actually have 2 or 3 nearly new IM550 fusers on hand that I've acquired, and if I could pop them into an MP501, that would be helpful.

    Thanks in advance!

They are served completely, it is practically the same except for the nails which for me are better.
