    "unfortunately, application installer has stopped" message

    On mpc306. Mother Ricoh has nothing on their database. I am assuming it has something to do with android sop (shit or poop) screen. Anyone seen this before? Customer has no applications installed.
    I've proved mathematics wrong. 1 + 1 doesn't always equal 2.........

    Every icon on every page of that SOP screen is an application. The problem is to determine which one. Most likely caused by some powering down improperly, like a cleaning person needing a place to plug in a vacuum and decided to unplug the C306. Can really create a problem if the C306 is in the process of receiving a FAX. You may need to enter recovery mode to reload android OS and panel firmware.

    Could also be a JAVA App on the main engine.

      As a followup. I reset the android SOP screen back to factory through recovery mode and reloaded an older package firmware rfg070034. It has been working normally this week. Thks Slim
