mp 3351 changing developer in pcu unit

Hi I replaced new developer in mp 3351 copier pcu unit using ricoh developer 28. When testing the printout I found a lots of small dots on the background of the print copies.
Deleoper 28 is for that model of pcu. Is there any setting I need to do to removed the small dark dots on the background of the printed copies.

What is the PM count for the PCU? Those look to me like drum spots. They start to appear when the drum is 15K or more beyond recommended replacement count. Replace drum, cleaning blade. charge roller and charge cleaning roller. Anything else will only make the spots worse.

      Ciao
Hai cambiato solo sviluppatore o Pcu, blade ecc ecc. Hai eseguito l'inizializzazione?

The developer is new, drum and cleaning blade also new. I try developer mixing and initialising developer in sp mode still the same.

I have seen that when two types of developers are mixed, it comes out like this, or the cylinder and charge are very pitted.
