Ricoh MPC6003 SC554-01

Hi guys,

Currently have a Ricoh MPC6003 with the error SC554-01

Had a look in the service manual and it is saying to replace the AC power supply?

I believe some people have said to replace the fusing sleeve assembly (can a part code be provided?)

machine currently has done 70K prints, and when i have attended site the fuser makes a knocking noise when the machine is printing,

I hardly look at Ricohs so any suggestions would be great!

the light grey roller is torn and not moving so going to order roller assy
