IMC300f ACC is washed out in print only and prints in portrait not A4R

Hi I have a bit of a weird one.
an IMC300 where it copies really well but print is washed out.
the ACC for copy is normal but the print ACC sheets are all washed out no gradation in the grey scale and it’s int the wrong direction. The machine seems to know the paper doesn’t match what it’s trying to print. ACC 1 does print but in portrait but sheet two the copper asks for the correct paper and goes no further.

the techs have updated the firmware and replaced the Transfer belt assembly.

I am thinking the machine is going to need a service reset. The fact copy is perfect would suggest the “print engine” itself is ok. Ie laser dev units etc are all ok.

I have seen the washer out ACC before a couple of times but for the life of me I can’t remember the fix. does anyone have any ideas?

    thanks in advance.

Something specific to the printer application. Printer ACC takes a stored pattern and shoves it through the same data path as an incoming printer job. It is a different portion of the controller PCB than what a copy job uses. First thing I would try is Sp5-801-008 Printer Application Memory Clear. If that doesn't correct the problem you may need to replace the controller.
