Ricoh Pro 907EX Jam error J019

Does anyone know why the paper jams everytime in the entrance of the duplex unit and gives error Jam J019? I replace the rollers, motor and duplex sensor but that did not work.

J019 has nothing to do with the entrance of the duplex unit. It has to do with the relay sensor. If it only happens when doing duplex jobs, check for a scrap of paper in the metal guides from the duplex unit to the relay roller causing the paper to hang coming out of the duplex.
If it occurs on single sided jobs, paper bank is trays 1, 2 and 3:
D059/D060/D061 JAM CODE 019 Paper bank relay sensor, Late error - Paper feed rollers defective
D059/D060/D061 JAM CODE 019 Paper bank relay sensor late - IO board and feed motor as a set
D059/D060/D061 JAM CODE 019 Paper bank relay sensor, late - Sensor defective

Directly below the relay roller. Remove the right upper cover to access. If an LCIT is attached you will have to disconnect it first.
