We have 5 machines installed in one of our customer. After 30k copies light copy problem occured for the 5 machines. The developer was already pre installed from the factory so we didn't performed 2801 and 2805. We set devt bias to 660 and id 500 based on the techl bulletin. We tried to do force toner and the copy is ok for only 50 copies b ut it will go light afterwards.What are the things to consider or approach you can advise us. We printed the smc and compared to working machines and it is almost the same data. What is the ideal vref for this machine?we appreciate your support. thanks

Are the mag rollers scummed up? Have you cleaned the mag rollers?
There are probably 5 or more other threads on the board with multiple pages each. You use the search function to find them or browse thru the Ricoh Savin Gestetner sectionthe savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. Start by replacing the developer.
