I replaced the image transfer contact motor and if any of you have ever done one you know how involved it is but for those of you who haven't it is a giant pain, basically you have to disassemble the entire machine down to the frame in the rear, anyway i replaced the motor and got the machine put back together, turned it on with no error codes, no warning lights, and no jamming. i was feeling pretty happy at that point but when i printed a SMC and Counter page they where extremely light almost like the developer was worn out or there was a half inch of dust on the optics or something. I've checked all the electrical connections, i removed the lasers and cleaned the glass on them, i attempted to do a color registration but it failed, i also printed a color test page from the Printer SP,s all colors are faded in the same way down the entire page, all i can think is drums or ITB where out of the machine too long and the sun light ruined them but i wanted to get on here and see if anyone had any ideas for me before i do anything else.
thanks in advance
