Have a customer that no longer needs to print from their Imc3000. They have moved the Ricoh away from any network drop and are using it for a copying and usb scanning only. I am getting this code and can't seem to disable it. I have tried disabling the nic card in the sp modes but then I lose the needed scanning functionality. Any suggestions to eliminate this error?

Slimslob & Mikon. I tried that to no avail. The same error pops up without the "Cannot connect with DHCP Server" as shown below. Blee, I have looked at three different machines and cannot find the Unconnected network instructions anywhere in Systems settings under the interface. Anybody have any other ideas?Attached FilesComment

Hmm. Thats weird. I just looked at a IM C2500 here in my shop and the setting is there. Make sure when you when you go into System settings you are choosing Network/Interface on the left and then scroll all the way down and the Unconnected network Instruction screen should be set to Do not display so the message wont pop up. Im not sure why the setting wouldnt be the same on an IM C3000, I see from your screen shot that they have administration turned on so you might need to be logged in to see it? Although on mine I can see it either way. Good Luck.👍 2Comment
