[Misc] Ricoh c5300s - software-related questions

We have a couple of questions about Ricoh c5300s printer, wonder if someone here can help:

• We have installed Media Management Tool-E for it, but can't use it because we don't know how to make an admin account. The user guide doesn't mention anything about it, its written assuming you already have the account. Local dealer we bought the printer from doesn't know either. They have contacted Ricoh, 2 weeks with no response so far. Where do you actually get the credentials for the account?
• Trying to use a JDF-based job submission method, the printer doesn't seem to recognize stock name property, and doesn't assign the stock, while this works for another Ricoh printer we have of a different model. Does this mean that stock assignment is not supported at all on 5300, or is it not supported in the software that we use to send jobs there for just the 5300 model for some reason?

You might need to contact Ricoh-EU directly or have your legal department do so. They have Solutions Support people whose job is to help with Solutions products.
