IM c3000 copy and scan not registered

I have made a clear memory sp5801-001 ,i inserted all sps of the sp sheet ,however i have an issue with scan and copy, the scanned page is not registered from the top , bottom and the middle, the rest of the page it's registered just fine.
i tried color calibration for copy and sp 2-111-001 also 2-101001 no result

You should avoid a memory clear - if it's about the customer privacy you can just perform SP5804-004->END

Do you mean the scan image isn't aligned properly on the copy/scan? Then you should tweak these Scanner related SPs:

What frustrating samples to provide.
I, for one, have no idea what those are "supposed" to look like.
Print off and scan a colour test pattern, and upload a proper PDF.
