    Ricoh getting parts

I am Independent Dealer I was buying parts through a third party and received an email me saying no longer able to get parts. I can find common parts online but was wondering if some knows who to use when needing a particular item.

    Thanks in Advance

I'd probably ask other Ricoh dealers if they can help you out every now and then. I think the Ricoh US website does include a dealer locator, too or you're lucky and some forum members can get you in touch with their companies.

Depending on the age of the model, unique parts might not be available, even from Ricoh. If Precision Roller does not have it, it might no longer be being made.

The slow supply lines are affecting us also. What we used to have in 2 days now may take 2 months to receive.
