Ricoh 7100 Skilled operator settings

Hello,
I changed the pcu cleaning unit and need to log in to the skilled operator to reset the counter. I type admin for the user name and nothing for the password and that doesn't work. Is there something im missing?
The technician cant get here for a while and I need to finish a deadline job!

Sounds like you need to have the technician turn ON skilled operator operation when he gets there.
