    Prinect instalation

    Hello,I receaved a call from small local printing buisness to fix Pro C7100 with Prinect controller,and it turns out that Prinect is what needs fixing so I need to try and reinstall it.
    Problem is that I can't find instalation software and I was wondering if anyone can send me or direct me to where can I find it before contacting Heidelberg offices

      Heidelberg will want to come and do it for you, you can reinstall the BOS and microcode but the Prinect cockpit will need sorting by them as it's licenced etc.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.
