Is anyone aware of the difference between looking at the counter while hitting the counter button vs going to user tools, system settings, administrator then counters? They are showing slightly different on a C7110 although I have seen it be different on many machines

User Tools, System Settings, Administrator then counter shows fax pages as a separate figure where as the standard counter page either on screen or printed include fax prints in the total. One place where User Tools, System Settings, Administrator then counter is useful is it also shows the number of fax pages sent(scanned) and scan to folder and email. On a production machine it may not be critical but on a machine that is used extensively for scanning it can explain early failures of ADF feed rollers where you may need to slightly increase maintenance rates to cover the increased cost for doc feeder parts.
