IMC3500 Document server

Hi,

Customer had an IMC3500 delivered last week.
Calls to ask where to find the "Document server" picto
can't find it under the "apps"

Can it be disabled?

It might be necessary to retrieve the button via "classic application". A few days ago a tech told me that the latest firmware now comes with a "modern" style app.

did trie the button "classic application", but no document server there, only Copy, Scanner and printer classic

OK that's odd - perhaps it's possible if you're logged in as (device)admin - I assume you swiped through all home screens - somebody with over-developed play instincts might have moved the icon to one of the usually unused screens^^. Is there any user authentication or fancy security settinh running on this MFP? Last but not least you can try and run the latest FW update and check/adjust the ACT level.

Printer SP 1006 enables/disables the DocumentServer.
