    imc530 SMB not present in WIM

    Hoi,
    Maybe a very stupid question, but SMB is not present in WIM.
    Here in Belgium we must activate SMB & SSL to get the scan to folder working on all the other IMC series.
    Perhaps that is not necessary anymore?

      You should be able to dis- or enable all protocols under "security" -> "network security"

          Gift, I have opened this but SMB is not mentioned there.
          In fact, everything that is mentioned there is 'active'.

              Okay, I've never seen an IMC530 to be honest - does it have a ricoh controller or is it some mash-up 3rd party OEM crap?

              Does the end user manual indicate something you have to do in order to get SMD up and running?

                  'mash-up 3rd party OEM crap' i'm afraid.
                  We need to sell this crap because Ricoh Belgium tells us that the imc300 is in B.O. for +6 months!
                  We don't know yet which brand it is.

                      It's a Lexmark. I did a half @$$ online training for it months ago. It's a joke of a machine, you have to do the training and then they give you a Lexmark login.

                          according to the "Common Feature Matrix" the IM C530fb does indeed come standard with "Scan to SMB"
