Hi everyone
I have ricoh pro c7100 (4 station)
Show the sc code 570-03
All ozone exhaust fans working on the other machin.
I reset ozone fan pm counter
and check all sp mode
1945 001 to 053
Every things is ok.
SP1-945-009 : 100
SP1-945-011 :100
SP1-945-017 : 100
SP1-945-019 :100
SP1-945-021 : 100
SP1-945-052 : 0
Any other suggestions or others with experience this error?

If it is a fan error, it could be caused by a clogged exhaust filter for the fan.
