    Ricoh pro c5100s with error sc 514

    Hi everyone

    Since 2 months i'm fighting with sc 514 on my Ricoh.
    Machine show jams (but there's no paper) ,when i clear and close the drawer unit ,the sc514 appears.
    Please help

      Have you tried reading the Service Manual. SC514 Inverter Junction Gate Motor Error is fully explained in the Service Manual.

          Thanks for the reply. I have changed the junction gate motor ,but no way. I don't know if the DUB can be the problem.
