Service Tech Cost - San jose/Milpitas CA

Hey guys,

I've 6 copiers that are service locked when I purchased them and I am not having much luck and loading a fresh OS on those. 3 X MP C5503 and 3 X MP C6004.

The HDDs were also pulled so I have new HDD that we can put into these. DOes anyone know how much cost this might occur? Or if someone has a recommendation on a service company?

Both models take 250GB SATA HDD no special format. Larger usually is not a problem. I would stay with either Seagate or Western Digital. Hopefully they removed only the HDD and not the mount bracket and cables.

If by service locked you mean that Service Lockout is turned on in User Tools, that could be a problem. You need to know the Administrator password to turn it off.
