Pro 8120 toner issue

Hi all,
I have 2 pro 8120s in a print shop, I am facing problem of consuming too much toner, 1 toner bottle prints 25000 pages although in the past I can easily print 50000 to 60000 by one bottle.
I am facing this issue since 10 months.
I was thinking its toner issue but issue still remains same after changing the toner supplier.
Kindly guide me if there is any setting aur adjustment.
I am technican so I can resolve this issue by your guidance.

If you are not using genuine toner what do you expect.

Sound like you might be running too many small jobs. This will cause it to run Process Control far too often. You probably are also having the waste toner filling up sooner that it should it should. Another symptom of excessive ProCon.

If you are not running in excess of 100 pages per job better yet 1000, you do not need a production machine.

Yes you are right first of all we pause printer queue by system and generates 5000 print jobs between 1 page to 25 page.
Secondly waste toner bottle becomes full sooner

Use genuine toner and replace the developer.
