MP 5002 Block entry to service mode

we have a client 70 kilometers away, he had an mp3500 and we convinced him to rent a more modern one, for price, he chose the MP 5002,
As the client reached into his machine and knew how to enter the service mode, he does the same in this rented one, so if he suspects that it will clear up, then he adds and of course, he floods with toner and calls shamelessly.
I ask
Is there any way to change or block xxx 107 xxx so that he cannot enter the service mode to play?

Multi step process:

1. Login as supervisor and change the supervisor password to something that only you know.
2. Create a password for admin2 that only you know
3. Turn on Service Lock out
4. Change administrator permissions so that admin still has access to everything the customer needs to access but only Admin2 can disable service lockout

Multi step process:

1. Login as supervisor and change the supervisor password to something that only you know.
