Ricoh MPC5502 Toner Not installe

Hi Guys,

My Ricoh MPC5502 yellow toner never sets properly, giving errors of the Photoconductor unit not being set properly. I remove the toner and the photoconductor and reinstall to remove the error and starts printing,

Now the printer has Yellow toner all over the Photoconductor and the transfer belt, cleaned up and installed and now error does not go away

Any helps please

Most likely, when placing the toner one of the copper fibers of the chip reading of the toner cartridge has been bent.

I recommend that you remove it check it and try to straighten the pin that has been twisted, if the problem persists you will have to ask for a replacement.
Beware of compatible cartridges... I do not know if it is your case, but some have poorly installed chips and can give very serious problems and without giving you how much to break the toner hopper.
