    Ricoh mpc3003 . Ptoblem in a3.

Hi friends, my mpc3003 machine had problems when the paper comes out of the output section is rolling up as I attached the picture. If anyone knows how to fix this please teach me. Thank you.

    Damp paper will do that.

Damp paper. Only fix is tray heaters or good paper. Without looking not sure if that was an option on that model.

I'd assume yes. Most customers don't really use large format (A3) a lot and needs months until a tray becomes empty, usually replacing the paper should be enough if the other trays don't make any trouble.
