    Ricoh MP 201 device certificate

    Now I am not familiar with this but here goes. The IT dept. of my customer wants to remove the device certificate from the previously installed certificate. Is this possible and if so, how?

      It probably means the have removed an application or device from the local network that requires the certificate. They should be able to login to WIM and delete it from Security - Device Certificates.
