Need Firmware for MP C3503

    Need Firmware for MP C3503

    I was updating our MP C3503 with the RICOH Firmware Update Tool and it locked up after an hour. After power cycling the machine it now displays "Waiting for Firmware Update Data" and is not usable at the moment. From what I have gather is I need to get the current firmware on an SD Card and put it in slot 2 to load it but I do not have this firmware. Is there someone that can help me with obtaining this? Thanks! Also a Service Manual for this unit would be apricated.

      Call your local trained Ricoh tech.

          Why I appreciate the response, I do not need a tech. Just the firmware files to put on a SD Card. Thanks!

              pretty optimistic folks like to see at laest a contributors badge if newbies and/or non professionals asking for stuff....
