    RICOH COPIER

    am having ricoh 1013 photocopier, and its giving an error message that "functional error,switch off mainpower and on"! SC549 WAT COULD BE THE SOLUTION? I'LL APPRECIATE YOUR HELP

      are you check fusing thermistor and heater? try reset SC code...

              If you are an end user, you need a trained technician to repair this issue. Find some local dealers and shop around for quotes.
