Pixelated Image from File Maker Pro 6 ver 4

I have a customer with 2 macs one is OS 9 and one is OS 10.4 both print to MPC4500 the OS 9 picture print fine but the OS 10.4 the pictures are pixelated, I have downloaded the ppd installer from Ricoh download twice but get the same results. Has anyone ever experienced this problem? it seems to only happen in File Maker Pro everything else is printing good.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Has the customer checked for FileMaker updates? It sounds like the problem is living in the application, not the machine.

I know nothing about FileMaker, but several other apps I've used let you switch to a "Proof Mode" that reduces image quality to junk so the customer will get a good idea of the layout, but can't just take your proof and make copies of it. Since this is only showing up on one of the Mac's I'd suspect it's something like this.

Thanks Shadow1 I'll see if there is such a mode.
