Hi Smart People! I have a customer who recently moved to a new location and since then, every time he runs prints into the finisher(upper tray) the paper curls downward as it goes into the tray causing a mess in the tray. Before the move, it worked fine. I've changed the fuser and tried several different finishers but no change. I'm heading there in the morning with a brand new ream of paper and seeing if that solves the problem. I'm also going to try applying mylar strips somehow to guide the paper further out into the upper exit tray hoping it lays flat before the curl begins. Have any of you had this problem? I've looked through the forums and it's seem to be a known issue but nothing sound as a fix. Thanks!!!!

Curling going into the exit tray is almost always cause by excessive moisture is the paper. If it clears up after a few pages in the morning, then it is definitely overnight condensation. If the new location gets colder overnight than the previous, you need the tray heaters.
