Looking for help with by-pass paper feeding on models 350 and up that use this style of by-pass pf. Problem is either paper is not fed or only fed part way and stops. I have replaced all pf pulleys and lube 1-way bearings. Part way feeding is intermittant. Thanks!!

Have you replaced the feed clutch? Are they using the green release lever to load the paper? Are they using appropriate media in the bypass?the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. Media means paper type, weight and coating. Make sure it's in spec.
With one-ways make sure to rough up the shafts under the bearing, so the bearing can grip the shaft; use Scotchbrite or something like that, even fine sandpaper will work. Some times lubing the one-ways can make them stick; I leave them dry after cleaning them.
Cleaning the clutch can help.
Many times the width sensor/potentiometer in the bypass "table" won't detect the correct width. You can "clean" it by rapidly moving the side fences back and forth rapidly 10 times or so.
Any of those can cause bypass jams in most any newer machine.Comment
