Hi, All. I have a c307 that is giving me the message "problem with CSS cable". A full PDF search through both the SM and PC looking for "CSS cable" resulted in nothing. Can someone tell me what it is, or what else it is called? Thanks, Mika

I think Tonermunkeh has the solution in this thread. I've also posted his reply below. Different model but same solution I imagine.
Of course Mark Bbb never posted back what his findings were

Is it SCC or CSS? If it's CSS I've seen this before, it's an SP mode. I'll have a look and see if I can find out what it is.

5816 1 I/F Setting Turns the remote diagnostics off and on.
[0~2/1]
0: Remote diagnostics off.
1: Serial (CSS or NRS) remote diagnostics on.
2: Network remote diagnostics.
Set SP5816-001 to off or 2, I think it may be on 1. -
