[Misc] need to turn off the actitivity report that prints out

I have ricoh imc 300 that prints off an activity report periodically
How can i disable this or turn it off

if scan journal /user tools /scanner feature/ then general settings/ print delete scanner journal set to delete oldest . for fax journal /fax feature/ then print out parameter settings list/ then go into parameters /sw03 set bit 7 to off or 0
