Hi there,
one of my customers asked me if it's possiple to print files with ~200 pages in staple mode.
I know this does exceed the capacity of the stapler but old units and other vendors didn't mind and just stapled multiple stacks
so - if the staple capacity is 50 pages for example - you got 4 sets with 50 pages each if you print a 200 page document.
I was thinking, "shure no problem...." (I'm quite shure an old MPC3001 I used in my shop handled it this way)
But actually the IMC6000 just behave like this:
It staples the first pages up to the max. stapler capacity,
the remaining pages comes out without staples -> not cool!
There's actually a setting in user tools > printer > error action:
System (Standard) | User Guide | IM C2000, IM C2500, IM C3000, IM C3500, IM C4500, IM C5500, IM C6000
It doesn't do the trick so I wonder if there's a practical way to cheat around this limitation.
