Not a huge suprise, different drivers can give different results.

Have you tried installing the PS driver onto the PCs?

Mac's and PC's handle how they send color to printers differently. IIRC, the Mac OS handles the color process and PC's vary from program to program. Not only will color vary between the two, but color can vary between different programs on the same PC.

Also, you might try using the PS driver on the PC instead of the RPCS. I don't know if that will help, but it's worth a try.

I had a customer bring to my attention a Mac OS 9 PS driver printing different colors than a Mac OS X PS driver using the same document.

If it really bothers your customer they can google, "pantone color profile" and find a slew of expensive methods and gadgets that promise to match colors on the screen exactly to what is printed.

Thinking about it though, their colors are going to change depending on the brightness of the paper they use, the freshness of their toner, and the temperature and humidity at the time they print so even if they nitpick their way to perfect color reproduction their custom palette could be rendered useless by something as simple as their supplier running out of their usual paper hahaha.

        haha

        ha

On second thought just tell them it's a business color machine and if they want perfect color they should send it off to a printing press.

            Thanks

But this problem is more when the customer use the Photoshop SC3 in MAC OS 10.4

and using with RPCS in Windows no problem.

The other thing to take into account, the machine is business color not production color. If they are particular about color they need to upgrade their equipment.
