Ricoh 3232c red band across page

Hi. I have a RICOH 3232c when you copy in black or colour it is o/k but when a document is sent to the machine from the network with any red on it. It leaves a faint red band across the copy, about an inch wide, as if the cleaning blade was faulty. This is with auto cad. Also tried from word and from a different computer. If you send with just blue on that works o/k.

Has anyone had this fault or can anyone help?

Are you getting any residual toner on the transfer belt or any of the PCUs when the fault occurs?

Hi, The fault was the waste toner bottle full! Why it only happend when you print from the computer i do not know.
